This machine has a simple structure, is easy to operate, runs stably, and can operate continuously. The machine’s gearbox adopts high-precision gear transmission. During operation, circulation of machine oil extends the service life of the spindle and gearbox gears. Critical parts of the machine (such as the die and rollers) are made of alloy steel, processed through heat treatment to achieve a hardness above HRC50, ensuring continuous operation and prolonging the overall machine lifespan.
