Uganda simple feed production line delivery Introduction
A Ugandan client customized a simple animal feed production line from our company. After multiple rounds of communication and design, our technical team tailored a semi-automatic production line that is simple yet efficient. This production line features a large crushing capacity, automatic batching, and is equipped with a pulse dust collector, effectively suppressing dust during production. The solution has been highly praised by the client, and the equipment has been installed and successfully commissioned on-site by our technicians, officially handed over for production.
This animal feed production line is equipped with a ground-based automatic batching machine. This machine can quickly and accurately weigh large quantities of materials, preventing product nutritional quality from falling below standards due to imbalanced material proportions during production. The mixing machine adopts a horizontal full-seal double screw belt mixer. This design allows it to quickly mix multiple materials evenly in a very short time.
The entire automated animal feed production line is controlled by an electric control simulation screen. An interlock system and motor overload protection devices are installed between the various machines to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
